產(chǎn)品特點(diǎn)（Product features）：

1.      早強(qiáng)、高強(qiáng)：1-3天抗壓可達(dá)30-50Mpa以上（Early strength and high strength: The compressive strength can reach over 30-50 mpa within 1-3 days）。

產(chǎn)品用途（Product application）：

1、抗壓強(qiáng)度按：《GB177-85水泥膠砂強(qiáng)度試驗(yàn)方法》膨脹率按：《GB119-88混凝土外加劑應(yīng)用技術(shù)規(guī)范》（Compressive strength is in accordance with "GB177-85 Test Method for Strength of Cement Mortar", and expansion rate is in accordance with "GB119-88 Technical Specification for Application of Concrete Admixtures".）。

2、灌漿層厚度δ≥150mm時(shí)，選用CGM-1或CGM-2灌漿層厚度30mm<δ<150mm時(shí)，選用CGM-1或CGM-2灌漿層厚度δ≤30mm時(shí)，選用CGM-1或CGM-3路面快速搶修，選用CGM-4型（When the thickness of the grouting layer δ is ≥150mm, CGM-1 or CGM-2 grouting layer is selected. 施工步驟（Construction steps）：

1.      準(zhǔn)備攪拌機(jī)具、灌漿設(shè)備、模板及養(yǎng)護(hù)物品，清理灌漿空間并提前將混凝土表面潤濕（Prepare the mixing machinery, grouting equipment, formwork and curing items, clean the grouting space and moisten the concrete surface in advance）。

2.      支設(shè)模板并用水泥（砂）漿、塑料膠帶封堵模板連接處以確保不漏水、漏漿（Set up the formwork and seal the connection points of the formwork with cement (sand) slurry and plastic tape to ensure no water or slurry leakage）。

3.      按灌漿料重量的12-15%加水量加水?dāng)嚢瑁ˋdd water at a rate of 12-15% of the weight of the grouting material and stir）（機(jī)械攪拌2-3分鐘，人工攪拌5分鐘以上Stir mechanically for 2 to 3 minutes and manually for more than 5 minutes）

5.      施工完畢后應(yīng)立即覆蓋塑料薄膜并加蓋草簾或棉被陰濕養(yǎng)護(hù)3-7天（After the construction is completed, it should be immediately covered with plastic film and then covered with straw curtains or cotton quilts for damp curing for 3 to 7 days）。
